It was very nice,hooked up with family from Florida. Location was Great. Walked a lot, our weather was perfect. Had a view with city and Navy Pier, that was nice, was able to watch the fireworks from our room.The shower was great. The bed super comfy.

Rooms were comfortable. Cozy feel to them. Bed was amazing! Slept like royalty! We enjoyed having breakfast. Customer service was great. Staff were friendly.

Excellent location near the mile, as well as good coffee shops (Dollop!) nearby. Comfortable room, excellent view of the lake via the picture window.

The hotel is right off the magnificent mile, about a mile away from Millennium park and the loop, so great location. The hotel is what you’d expect from the Ritz-Carlton, beautiful decor, great bed, comfortable room with a great view of the city and the lake.

City view. 28th floor. Weather detracted from view, but it would have been awesome if it was a clear day.

The view was awesome and the bed was ultra comfortable! The room was large enough for my husband's scooter so we were not cramped in the least. It was also nice to be near the elevator as well. The reception person was extremely accommodating, quickly changing our room to handicap-accessible. The bellman stowed our bags for us until we were able to leave and the doorman immediately found a cab for us on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Every single thing about this place is first class. From the location (in the middle of everything) to the service. Cleanliness is a huge deal for us - and the room and facilities were beyond clean!! We were amazed.
